Dr Atik is the author of Digitally Hijacked the Age of Influence how Social Media and AI Are Reshaping Our Reality. Doctor also holds a PhD in digital governance and has over 15 years of experience in the media industry and academia. He's also coming to us all the way from New Zealand, where it is 11 am. Welcome, doctor.
Dr. Atique:Thank you very much and thank you for having me. I feel really proud to connecting from another corner of the world to the US.
Papamutes:So let's get right to it. How is, in your opinion, social media and AI reshaping public opinion and behavior?
Dr. Atique:Yeah, this is a very good question. Now the technology is everywhere In a whole day, within a 24-hour, we play with the technology. So, like the social media is a point that I want to discuss from the marketing and the publicity point of view from the big businesses. They want to sell their products and the services and we are their customers. So how these things are are going to be there when there is a much information pop up in your mind Whenever you are using social media.
Dr. Atique:You go outside, inside, especially from the digital devices. You watch a movie, you watch some many play games or something. So there is some advertisements. So this advertisement and some like information bombardment, this all is kind of a things that want to give you some options Buy this, do this, go this, go there and have this vacation, choose this color, choose this brand, so this kind of a things when there is an information bombardment daily in your life, from early morning to late night, because the mobile and the devices they are in your hand.
Dr. Atique:So we cannot use our own decisions, so all our decisions are from something else. They hijack our decision in reality. Okay, because everybody is choosing this brand, I will go for this brand. Everybody is choosing this color, I will go for this brand. Everybody is choosing this color I will go for this one. Everybody is going for this vacations I will go for there. Everybody is doing this kind of a stuff and the business I will also go there. So in this way, social media or technology or devices, they are changing our behavior, our decision to make who we are. But after some time we realize, oh, that was not me, this is not for me, or this device, I'm not used to this, or this color or this thing is not for me. So I come here with the idea how we can make the balance with the social media, technology and with our real life.
Papamutes:So can you make a balance? I mean everything you just said I do. I mean not just me, but especially younger people. You get up, you don't even look at the newspaper anymore, you look at your phone. It's just a constant bombardment, well before we get into AI. My question was AI has infiltrated us now Do you think that's good or bad?
Dr. Atique:AI is really good for us. Because of the AI, we can do so many things within a second GDP or marketing things, and so many data or so many things we can do within a seconds in the minutes. Before we used to spend the times a couple of weeks actually. This is the thing is good, but the artificial intelligence, ai or algorithms they are giving you some options from the business and the marketing point of view. That is not good for us. For example, whenever we are talking with the technology or we are talking to each other, so after some time you will see there is advertisement for you in your WhatsApp or might be in Instagram or Facebook, so the algorithms are catching your words. You are talking with your spouse, your friends, you are having your time, but these devices are catching your words. Okay so, okay so ai algorithms. Oh, this man is looking for this color, this man have this disease. I should pop up. Okay, so this medicine or this hospital or some doctor or something.
Dr. Atique:So what is going on? Ai is going to catch, or it has totally taken over, your privacy as well, uh, your freedom of so many things. So these are the concepts we need to take care of when you are talking with somebody and the pop-up of that advertisement is coming to you, you get surprised. Oh wow, I was talking with somebody else. No, I got some advertisement, some publicity. How they got it? So this is the AI algorithms they are catching our words and they are catching or hijacking our words and they are catching or hijacking our privacy and they are giving us more information to do this, go there and this and that.
Papamutes:But that I mean in the wrong hands. That could be not good. That could be pretty lethal in the opposite direction.
Dr. Atique:Yeah. So main purpose of the devices is behind is the marketing and the publicity. Now, to maintain a quality of your products is not the matter. Okay, you have plenty of choice on the Amazon, ebay, target, walmart you have so much choices. Okay, the quality is not a problem. Before, there was a time you only want to buy things from German products. There was a time you only want to buy a Japanese products. Okay, there was a time you only want to buy Japanese products or something else like that. Now the problem is a competitive environment. You can buy in a very low budget, very high budget. So how to attract a customer? So now, ai, artificial intelligence devices. They are helping the companies. Okay, this country and this region is choosing this color. This region is more focused on the iPhone. This region is more focused on this device. Or they are having this kind of a car they are buying, or they are more inclined to like Instagram or some reels.
Dr. Atique:So this, all the data is catch up when you terms with that Agree, when download the app, or whenever you open the website. So you have to without reading. Okay, nobody can read their 10 pages of terms and the conditions. You say okay, cookies. Okay, sell my privacy, sell my information what is my age, where I am living and what I am doing and which age or like what diversify you are. So this all data is going to store somewhere and then the third parties are going to sell your data. Okay, this is the place, this is the country you need to do your publicity advertisement there for your products. So this all is going on. Actually, it's not bad from the business point of view, from the publicity point of view, but I come here. Okay, this is really is for me, or I'm just following the trend.
Dr. Atique:I often say only going to a washroom, this is our own decision. Oh, I must go to the washroom. But what else? In a 24 hour, we make the decision to buy and the sell and the wear or going to the washroom. But what else? In a 24 hour, we make the decision to buy and the sell and the wear, or going to the college or this business. This and that is all influenced from here and there. Do you understand what I want to say? So only one decision is going to a washroom is our own self.
Dr. Atique:Okay, I'm feeling like this. All other your behaviors or your decisions have been hijacked from these devices or this information, publicity, advertisement. This is that is why my book title is Digitally Hijacked the Age of Influence. Ok, you've been influenced from somebody and then you hijack, and then you did this and after some time you realize, oh, it's not me, it's not for me actually. Or this place is not for me, this job is not for me, this business is not for me. So we have to analyze in a 24-hour where I am going, who I am and what I'm doing actually. So these are the kind of self-help or self-awareness questions. We need to make balance with the technology and the algorithms and so much.
Papamutes:So being influenced and being manipulated, two different things, right?
Dr. Atique:Yeah, two. Being influenced can be a good thing. For example, if I am an athlete, I am following some athlete Athletes say, do the exercise or walk every day for 30 minutes. Okay, buy this food or eat this food or don't away from the junk food or processed food, this is a good thing. I've been influenced from athletic. Or if I I'm in a particular industry and I'm following a some person that is somehow it is really good, okay from the sports point of view, or getting your target or something like broadcasting or some artistic point of view, book reading and so many things, this influence is okay. But the bad influence is that when you do the things or make the decision or your behavioral change come okay with the influence of something that is not good for your body or your whole life, that's become the negative way. So there is a positive influence as well, negative as well.
Dr. Atique:In America there was a time when children, they used to have more time in the front of a television. Then in the 90s the video games came. Always have a complaint and the school have a complaint with the parents. Make them keep away from the screen or keep put them into the more with the playgrounds or somewhere. So parents used to say we are in the offices, we are in there. We cannot control our kids what they are doing in the front of televisions. Then the television become in the video games. No, video game games has been like a change into our mobile devices. So parental thing, the children thing then the schools complain are still there. So technology is improving.
Papamutes:We we also need to evolve ourselves by making there's some balance there so there's good and bad, um, but I even hate to bring it up, but the political, political side if you really get sucked in, you can get one side of the story constantly, or one viewpoint constantly and not the other side, and it becomes like this battle, you know, like all you're doing is arguing with somebody you don't know online or something about politics, and it's that's a bad thing. I mean that's, it's annoying.
Dr. Atique:Yeah, from the political perspective. For example, the Twitter has a big big story. Twitter's okay, the Twitter algorithms show something else. On election day, okay, it's a big story, especially in context to the American reference when there is elections or electoral or so many happening. So there is a total algorithm that is showing top 10 stories. Who is winning, who is losing, who is talking about that? But we also call it the algorithm bias or machine learning bias. Sometimes the machine can pick specific colors, sometimes the machine can pick some specific keywords and they can say, okay, this person, person A, is going to win this thing, person B is sustaining on these states, or something like that. So from the political point of view, yeah, there is a big bias in the machine learning, in the devices. So you say, oh, the top 10 is something else, but the ground reality is something different. So then the algorithms and all of this, our social media things, they want to take you one decision Okay, this is the person, he is the Mr Perfect, okay. And or this is the Mr Perfect, like a politician point of view, or this is the good brand.
Dr. Atique:So when I show you a data that can be manipulated by intentionally, or from a machine learning or from algorithms. You say, oh, data is a scientific, approved data. I should buy this phone or I should go for this political party or I should go for this kind of because the data is, and how the data has been calculated from the website, the cookies, the application when you download it. Okay, your privacy, your all the things, gender, age, group, what you do, where you live. So you agree with the terms and the conditions. Okay, so this phenomena is not new. Last 10 years we are used to be with this. Okay, so then this data is going to be collected and then they will say, oh, scientifically, 75% people choose this, 85% people eat this. There was a survey somewhere, I think, in the United States, how success people live In the success people. There was one data Some people they found from the millionaire they eat fish every day. Okay, so do you think so I should also eat fish every day? That is a really tricky question so I put a data.
Dr. Atique:I I make something like a survey, online survey or something how successful people, successful people live or what they do. The fish was a very common item there. Everybody more than 90 percent take on in the food. Okay, that was, that was not a seafood, there was only a fish. Okay, so then intentionally I will think, I think I want to be successful in my some part in business setting or project or education or somewhere in different settings. So I should eat fish every day. Because I got a data from America that most successful people they used to have a fish in every day their dish. Then I realized, oh, I can't afford to eat the fish every day.
Dr. Atique:I'm more vegetarian person or something. So this is the phenomena is going on. We need to understand what the algorithm is saying, what the analysis or survey or that blah blah is saying, but to manipulate the things from the marketing point of view, from the publicity point of view, from the political point of view, they are also right. They are putting you a data. This is a percentage, ok, tick, tick, tick, or decided by yourself. But that behavioral change, we can't stay. If 85% is in another direction, I will automatically go to that line, that is, with 85% successful or something genius rate or something like that. So in this way, my decision has been hijacked, even scientifically, even from the algorithms point of view or even from the socially point of view. Before that, my decision was hijacked from my grandma. My grandma say oh, use this something like a remedy in the home, don't go for the doctor. So grandma is still there waiting for my decision. She says why he or she is not listening for me.
Dr. Atique:I have 80 years of experience in living in different places. So there is a challenge. Either should I go for a scientific rating or analysis or I should wait for my grandpa wisdom or advice or something from the family perspective. Okay, so we usually we talk about that. Oh, my family trend is this in my family we usually buy this item, or we have a habit or having a vacation or some place Okay, hawaii or something like Florida or something like that.
Dr. Atique:So there is a family trends, traditional point of view. There are some scientific. So then there is a T20, you know there is a tennis match in your mind is going on. Should I go with my family wisdom or culture, the values I am following, with some different thoughts or action, or should I go for the bombardment of information? But the information always take your decision because it's giving you a scientific, scientifically, some improvement, like 85%, 75%. So there were some examples. I want to tell your audience that what actually is going on. But at the end, grandpa and grandma, they are also waiting for their own wisdom as well. So, with the striking, with the balance, with the technology or something, and their own wisdom, 80 years or 90 years of age.
Papamutes:It's a good analogy. What is an echo chamber?
Dr. Atique:Yeah, echo chamber is a kind of a terminology we use in our digital things in a scientific way. Echo chamber is your pre-existing belief. Pre-existing belief is that, um, I should eat this. I am a vegetarian or my family was a vegetarian, and if I eat this kind of a things that pre-existing belief this food is more good for my health. Okay, so that these, or like when we do, on that specific day friday is a good day for me, or sunday is a good day for me, or Sunday is a good day for me these are your pre-existing beliefs. You take from your heritage, your family, setting family or cultural values, or something like that. So then, when there is a technology, is there your pre-existing beliefs are going to be challenged? In the previous question, we were talking about our cultural values or something with our grandpa, or something like that.
Dr. Atique:Then when the technology gives you some percentage, some surveys, some analysis, then your pre-existing beliefs can be changed. For example, if we say that if you study from a Harvard, okay, so you have a 99% chance of a success in your life, harvard or MIT or something like that. So, like, then I will show you some survey as well as the people, the analysis or something so pre-existing the echo chamber is going to be changed then. So might be my family. They used to have a study in the business or like that kind of things. Then I go for a medical study or I change something from my family setting and the trend and the values from the scientific point of view.
Dr. Atique:Again, coming to the technology, technology will recommend you from early morning to late night. So that is going to be change your pre-existing belief. Ok, so that belief can be positive, can be negative. So here we need to come with the analysis of our critical thinking that, okay, this is my body, this is my life and how I can make balance with this. This is the main question we are striking, but at the end we always go back to the basics. There is a very good key term when you need a good new idea, read an old book. Can you understand this?
Dr. Atique:Even this is very, very correct, even in 2025,. If you need a good new idea, read an old book. We always go back to the basics For the health things you want to improve. The health devices are there. They are rating. Okay, you, you walk for 30 minutes today like three, three thousand meters or steps. You have been completed. But, going back to the basics, I need to have more exercise, I need to have more like a natural food or something. I need to have a fresh breathe. Going back to the basics, okay. So this is the key, key thing we always analyze whenever we, because you want to take yourself out from that rush, that information or that information overload or something that making the confusions to you. The nature is always in a slow way process. Real life is always a boring life, okay, you fed up with your spouses or with your children, with your job. After some time, the real life is a boring, but the media and the devices they are giving you the best of the best option okay best of the best things is there.
Dr. Atique:But you say, oh, I'm stuck with this boring assignment and my friend is having a vacation and on the hawaii or on the Florida beaches, I am stuck with this one. So what did the technology is saying to you you miss something, fear of missing out, you miss something. Okay, the FOMO come to you. Then you want to be rushed. You want to jump to another business, another job, or another setting of whatever you are doing, or another setting of whatever you are doing. You want to jump Because somebody say to you, oh, your colleague, they are like far away, far like fast and in a progressive way, or something from you. So then you feel fear of missing out. So there was so many concepts that we need. We are in the daily life, we are interaction with that, positively, negatively.
Papamutes:That was actually my next question FOMO, fear of missing out, but you kind of gone over that. Let me ask you this I had someone on a couple episodes ago who was a journalist for TV. You know sports ESPN, you know that whole scene. You know sports ESPN, you know that whole scene and I asked her this question you know someone going to college now to be in, do you need? The question basically was do you need a degree for journalism? Her answer was no. Do you think you need a degree to get into journalism today? Yeah, it's a very, very good question.
Dr. Atique:Actually, I also did two degrees in journalism and communication, and I also worked for a television for a long time, yeah, Okay. Now the hard thing is that now the degrees are old fashioned, now, okay, I'm telling you, I'm repeating, now the degrees are old fashioned, now that the things have very rapidly changed into the skill, from degrees to the skill. Okay, learn this skill and if this skill is is very much in in a, in a, in a time way, for example, the ai is is taking everything, now the podcasting speech, to the right you, you give the script to your software or something, and software will make your clone, your voice, and that thing is going to be changed. Okay, the podcasting culture or the podcast device, the machine has taken this ability from you to the device and device will do for you. Okay, so things are rapidly changing with the technology as well.
Dr. Atique:So the degree of the relevant is no longer does it matter? But from the medical point of view, yes, you need that degree, you need to be from there. There are some profession the engineering and some, I think, some for hardcore, hardcore profession still need a degree. For example, if you want to be a lawyer, you need some license to do that one. Okay, From the journalism and the social science point of view, in my own experience, because I came to the United States as well and I've been to living in different countries, the journalism, social science, political science, international relations or some self-help studies or something like psychology or something like that.
Dr. Atique:these are the self-improvement. Whenever you read more, you have a practical experience, you learn and you do this, so you improve yourself.
Papamutes:So, in a hypothetical world, you're in charge and you can eliminate social media and go back to prior to social media, whenever that was, whatever the date is. But you know, would you do that? Do you think we were better off without all this bombardment Although we were bombarded with TV and stuff, but I mean it's so thick Would you, if you were in control of the world, you know, just get rid of social media?
Dr. Atique:Yeah, for that one. For example, going back 20 or 25 years ago, that was quite balanced with the things you just only need to send the email, or that was the culture, and more with the face-to-face relationship. Okay, you try to meet with the person with the face-to-face.
Papamutes:You want to enjoy the cup of coffee you want to enjoy the cup of coffee.
Dr. Atique:You want to enjoy the food. You want to enjoy the atmosphere. You want to enjoy the book with the real cover and some special fragrance in the old book. You want to enjoy the things. So that's the thing I think we are missing now, when we are putting more time on the devices so we cannot enjoy the real life taste. I want to meet with the Bob. I want to enjoy the coffee with the Bob. I want to feel the texture.
Papamutes:I mean, anybody could read a book. Who would this book be for?
Dr. Atique:Yeah, more specifically, because I belong to a journalism and the media background, so I was teaching there. I have this experiences and every, every day or every walks of life, like I play with the devices and I read about the media, I write, I wrote the articles or I am writing and I am in the broadcasting as well. So the particular is is that the person, the media tech person okay, the people who want to make the balance with the technology and the real life, technology and the society, the media person, the journalism person, the tech person, like they want to have a thing that if they spend like eight to 10 hours in a day in front of the technologies and then they get bored, they want to have something balanced with their real life or with the technology or something like that. So, like book is. For now, this is the main concern that how we can make the balance with the algorithm technology and with the real life and how we can taste the things around us, how we can feel the environment, how we can have a good food and we can like share our feelings as well. So the technology, the things that we cannot share, the feelings actually, the feelings is always like having a man to man and human to human connections.
Dr. Atique:So this is the idea behind this book Digitally Hijack the Age of Influence. And like it is for everybody, like it's a kind of a self help book, so everybody can read it and improve it. And then like it's a kind of a self-help book, so everybody can read it and improve it. And then like they can come with their own decision, with their own mind, with their own idea like how, where the technology is going and where I am standing, where are my own decision, that I wholly take in charge of my own decision? This is real me or somebody influence on me? This is the main question to address and I have address in this book.
Papamutes:You speak about digital fasting. How long I mean? Obviously you know fasting, we understand what that means, but how long do you recommend? I mean, a day would seem like forever for some people.
Dr. Atique:Yeah, actually, right now is a fasting month for me. I am Muslim, so I'm having like fasting. This is a month of fasting Ramadan from spiritual point of view yeah, spiritual fasting OK.
Dr. Atique:And the second is that, ok, the fasting. I come with the idea that digital fasting is a terminology that, ok, we usually have a 24 hour in a day, ok, so 24 hour we need to divide is like eight hour is for a sleep, eight hour is for our work, business, education or something, and eight hour is for our family. So we have divided three things. Okay, sleep mean health and our finance, our work, our business setting for eight hours and eight hour is for family. If you put this three pizza, three part of your like in a whole day. So we want to have a balance in that. So digital fasting is that okay. When you are doing your assignment it can be work, business take the help of a technology. Technology is your best servant. Take the help from the technology, do it your best. Okay, learn about it, crush it and make the best from that skill software.
Dr. Atique:Whatever you are using, when you are with your family setting or when you are in your own thing, you are playing the things. I have seen when you go for the gym, when you are going for a walking, the people are still with their devices or something. So you can't make the things. Or you are on the phone and you are pulling some liver or you are pulling something in the gym, so what you are doing, actually, and another person is waiting. When he will get free, then I will want to have the exercise. So what you are doing with the devices, you make something mixed with that and something happen negative with you. Or you want something like that, so when you are eating, or you want something like that, so when you are eating, try to eat full, try to enjoy the food.
Dr. Atique:Okay, this is digital fasting mean. Do focus on the one thing at a one time. Okay, when you are doing something in the assignment time, take help from the technology chat, gtp or DeepSeek or whatever the technology is there. When you are eating something, when you are doing the exercise, then focus on that and enjoy the texture, enjoy the atmosphere. Do with the people. You often see people want to socialize in this technological era but you are keep busy in your phone. Ok, somebody come close to you. You did not give a space because you are busy in the phone, or you are having a headphone or something, so people. Next person want to.
Dr. Atique:Yeah, so you are still there Actually the problem is that, yeah, yeah, you are pointing there. The problem is that then the person next to you is not value for you. The person who is thousands of miles in a fantasy. He is more value to you. This thing we need to realize. The person next to me or next door neighbor, he can be a very good friend to me. We can have a barbecue in our lawn or in our area or something like that.
Dr. Atique:So this is the thing we need to understand if you want to socialize and then keep respect to the human, to human communication, and make the things in a way, even in the public setting, when you go for a dinner with your family or friends, the things in a way, even in the public setting, when you go for a dinner with your family or your friends, okay, hold the family as you are waiting for your dishes. You are keep opening with the mobile messages. You are keep there, okay, and even the meal is there. Meal is getting cold. Then you say, oh, I don't want to eat. What happened? You are keep busy in the messages. You are keep busy with something else and the food is still there. Food is waiting, okay, the delicious. Then you say, oh, it is get cold, I don't want to eat, or I'm not hungry enough, so so these are the things. And then you complain about the things.
Dr. Atique:Okay, I'm not enjoying the life, or I'm not having the taste, or I'm not having this and that so the reason is that at that particular time you did not focus on that thing at the at the moment, at that time, physically you were not focus on that thing at the moment At that time, physically you were present there, but mentally you were somewhere else. It happens in our office setting, in our business setting, in our education setting or even in the seminar. You book a seminar from Tony Robbins, but you are still there in your mobile devices, you are talking with there. You spend thousands of dollars to attend the seminar.
Dr. Atique:Actually, that was the time you get socialized, you get the other person's opinion in the face-to-face, because whenever we write something, whenever we say on the devices, we we kept so much like a consciously we write.
Dr. Atique:But when you are face-to-word you want to express your a hundred percent because you trust the other person.
Dr. Atique:But when I am recording, when I am writing something, then I need to be very much conscious about, because then my audience is different, then my message will be a different way. But when you meet with some person face to face, in a family setting, in a business setting, then you want to be real, you want to be honest Okay, okay, this is my product I want to sell, this is my business or this is my stuff, or this I do and who I am and this is the thing I want to keep you on board, or something like that in a business setting, on a social setting, dinner, or so many things. So then in the really you become different person and on the devices you are very much conscious about your texting, your keywords. You don't speak face-to-face. Then you are the second persona of your personality. You become so humble, you become so sophisticated, but in couple of meetings with a new person, new friend or like a partner or something, you are different, but on the devices, you are very much different.
Dr. Atique:So these are the key lenses we need to learn how we behave on the technology and how we behave face to face Huge difference.
Papamutes:Excellent. Do you think that AI will get so good in the near future that they're actually recreating people completely? You know, I mean just not mentally. I mean I'm talking robots. You know, instead of me going to work, they said my robot. I mean it sounds fictional, but it's so like AI is so rapidly moving. Do you think in the future that is possible?
Dr. Atique:Yeah, actually it's a very good million dollar question. Actually, everybody's afraid that then where I will fall, where my skill will go. Recently I was in China in a hotel. So when somebody knocked at the door or I got the voice, there was a robot to serve me. Yes, sir, there is your, here are your bottles. And it was a small robot about three feet and there was a one cup and I think I Asked them to send me some more stuff. And there was a bell and there was a report. Who served at at my door? And it's quite common, even in the restaurant, when you need an extra spoon, pan plate or some stuff, so the board will hang here and there. Okay, so it is becoming quite common in China as well.
Dr. Atique:Okay, and I saw there was a one posting even, I think it was in California somewhere. Don't hire people, okay, buy this software to solve your problem, so, okay. So what happened? Uh, for example, in american history, and especially in the 1960s and 70s, when there was a more industrial revolution, auto cars were more common, there were more industry there.
Dr. Atique:So people also lost their job. When, then, what we did? We, we make some balance there. When there is a technology technology, after some time it gets saturated. When it is saturated, we always feel after that no, we are human being, we want to exist on this planet or somewhere else. So then we try to think the balance. Now, our privacy is going to be lost. There is no privacy anymore. Okay, where you are living, how much you earn, your gender, all the things from cookies and application. They are taking your privacy and they are selling. After some time, when this will be a more saturated thing, then we will go back to the basics. We will make more privacy laws. We will make some more terms and conditions. No, okay, 50% gender, 50% technology. We will make this kind of a rules and regulation or hiring the people. Okay, 50% should be the male and female. Okay, gender balance and 50% we will go with some software technology or something. We will keep the balance. No, this is the boiling stage of the technology. Technology is boiling. Okay, we are a little afraid. Oh, they are going. Little afraid. Oh, they are going to take, they are going to replace me. Okay, digital transformation.
Dr. Atique:In my book, in the last chapter. I talk about the digital transformation, how the business they are going to be revolved, how the technology is going to be revolved from the business point of view. So then we will make some rules and regulation globally or some like, uh, nationally or something like that, to keep the balance. That, okay, there should be some human existence, there should be some technology and, and in some, in what part and what percentage we can use the technology. What might be in the education setting? We will make some rules and regulation. Okay, you can take the chat, gtp or this 25, but the 75% should be your own real content, something we will make like this.
Dr. Atique:As I am reading and thinking, we will go back to the basics. Actually, we will again value or we will give some percentage. We will give some reward to have a face-to-face assignments. More, we will give some like a, just like the, the western food or in the west, when there was so much processed food, we went back to the organic food. Then we can see the logo on our, on our bottles or our food products organic 80 percent, 90 percent, organic 10 percent, process, less sodium, less like this kind of a stuff.
Dr. Atique:What happened we? We went back to the basics. Actually, we went back to the organic food, from the junk food to the organic one. So then, all the companies they utilize okay, we can make something with the things that we should not damage our health, we should not damage our values. So there will be a time with that rules and regulation. But at this time, when we are talking, bob, with you and with your audience, we are a little afraid, not little, actually, consciously. We are afraid because everything is going to be regarded and we are thinking about our self-privacy. Oh my God, I was looking for this. And the pop-up message is there buy from this store. Dr. Atique:In this book I talk about the social media and the digital transformation. The next book, I want to talk about how the technical revolution is going on and how the different countries, the companies, they will make the rules and regulations something from the point of view as an answer for the solution of this, all the problems. The next book I will write about that a digital transformation, ai, okay, as a good friend of a human, and how we can make better benefit from that. In this, the first part, I talk about some awareness thing. Okay, okay, awareness and what is going on, what is the transformation of one?
Dr. Atique:In the next book I will try to come up with more, better idea. The last question was really good how we can make it the betterment for the humanity from the rules, regulations, just like from the European. There is a lot GDPR, there is a lot of the privacy and the content and so many things intellectual property or, like your privacy, your terms and condition. So next book, I will try to write about how that technology can be your best friend or best servant and how the companies and the companies, they can better get the advantage from them by making the balance with the human existence and the technology and robotic and software also how they can make it more balanced in a way that kind of a stuff.
Dr. Atique:So these are in in my mind excellent, excellent.
